Electronic music sensation Alison Wonderland has cultivated a career defined by monumental milestones. From her groundbreaking 2018 Coachella set—where she became the first female DJ to headline the iconic festival—to her recurring residency at Red Rocks’ “Temple of Wonderland,” she has consistently solidified her status as a global powerhouse. With over 800,000 tickets sold across U.S. tours and more than 1.1 billion streams worldwide, the Sydney-born producer continues to reach new heights.

This Thursday, June 25, adds another prestigious entry to her resume. Wonderland has been tapped to present the official match ball for the FIFA World Cup clash between Australia and Paraguay. The high-stakes match is scheduled to kick off at 10 p.m. ET at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

“I am absolutely thrilled—Adidas has invited me to deliver the match ball for the Australia vs. Paraguay game tomorrow,” she shared with followers on social media. “I’ll be waving to everyone from the pitch. Wish me luck!”

The Australian Socceroos are surely hoping for a boost from their guest of honor. For Australia to advance in the tournament, they must secure a victory or a draw against their South American rivals—a scenario where every bit of support counts.

Wonderland’s appearance coincides with the final stretch of her current U.S. tour. She will wrap up her stateside run this Saturday in Las Vegas before heading to the U.K. and Europe in July to support her fourth studio album, Ghost World.

Reflecting on her creative process, the artist recently shared: “I am a perfectionist. I believe that if you truly pour your soul into your work, you are the only one who can honestly measure how far you’ve gone. That standard is what drives me to push harder every single day.”

Ghost World, released late last year, showcases collaborations with Ninajirachi, DJ Dave, and Erick The Architect, with production support from MEMBA and QUIX. The project serves as a testament to her ongoing evolution as an artist.
