The “Iceman” era has officially arrived, and it brings a massive triple-album drop from Drake. The rap icon surprised fans this Friday, May 15, by releasing a trio of studio albums: Iceman, Habibti, and Maid of Honour—his first major solo projects since the 2023 release of For All the Dogs, a record that served as the backdrop for one of hip-hop’s most historic feuds.

After building anticipation for months through viral livestreams and tracks like “What Did I Miss?” and the Central Cee-assisted “Which One,” Iceman has finally arrived. The album features heavyweight guest spots from Future, 21 Savage, and Molly Santana. Notably, Drake reunites with Future on “Ran to Atlanta”—a subtle nod to the rap battle that dominated 2024. With cover art featuring a bedazzled white glove, the project finds the artist reflecting on recent personal struggles, calling out disloyal associates on “National Treasures,” and navigating the aftermath of his high-profile public disputes on “Make Them Cry.”

While Iceman offers a look into his psyche, Maid of Honour reaches into the family archives and aims straight for the dance floor. Clocking in at 45 minutes, it is a quintessential summer playlist. Collaborators including Sexyy Red, Stunna Sandy, Central Cee, and Popcaan help round out the project, which ranges from the club-ready “Cheetah Print” with Sexyy Red to the vibrant, rhythmic tones of “Outside Tweaking” and the infectious “Amazing Shape.”

Rounding out the trilogy is Habibti, an Arabic-inspired title meaning “my dear.” On this project, Drake pivots toward his soulful R&B roots, creating a collection clearly designed for his fanbase. Tracks like “Slap the City” and “I’m Spent” stand out early, while “Fortworth” has fans speculating whether this is a spiritual successor to his beloved $ome $exy $ongs 4 U series.

With over 43 new tracks to absorb, the sheer volume of new material is staggering. Which of these three projects is hitting the hardest for you? Cast your vote in the poll below.
