In the near future, Warhammer Age of Sigmar enthusiasts will be able to expand their collections with the Daughters of Khaine Battletome, the Shrine of Dark Offering, and new kits featuring Sisters of Slaughter, Blood Sisters, Blood Witches, Morathi, and more.
The Warhammer Age of Sigmar design team has unveiled a spectacular update for Daughters of Khaine players—those who hunger for the thrill of combat and find divine strength in the heat of battle, honoring their murderous deity with every fallen foe.
Developers showcased the upcoming “Blood Witches” set, which introduces deadly combatants who specialize in cleaving through enemy ranks with massive two-handed halberds while showering their foes with razor-sharp ki’raic blades.
Also on the horizon is the Shrine of Dark Offering terrain piece. This morbid structure is designed to drive nearby allies into a bloody fervor, significantly enhancing the arcane and spiritual potency of wizards and priests in the vicinity.
The comprehensive Daughters of Khaine Battletome was also detailed, featuring rich narrative lore, stunning new illustrations, updated battle traits, and other essential rules. Furthermore, Games Workshop revealed the “Scathborn Coven” Battleforce. This massive box includes Morathi in both her Shadow Queen and high-aelven forms, five Khinerai Heartrenders, and ten Blood Sisters.
For those looking for a fast start, the “Khainite Shadow Coven” Spearhead is arriving. It features a Bloodwrack Medusa, a multi-option Hag Queen or Slaughter Queen atop a towering Cauldron of Blood, nine Khainite Shadowstalkers, and ten Sisters of Slaughter.
Finally, the “Crimson Scourge” Regiment of Renown will be available for purchase, containing ten Sisters of Slaughter led by a High Gladiatrix. This elite formation can be fielded as mercenaries by various Order factions, including the Cities of Sigmar, Fyreslayers, Idoneth Deepkin, Kharadron Overlords, Lumineth Realm-lords, Seraphon, Stormcast Eternals, and Sylvaneth.
