The fall of Cadia during Abaddon’s 13th Black Crusade unleashed unimaginable catastrophe upon the Imperium. However, while the tides of Chaos spill from the Eye of Terror in unprecedented numbers, the Cadian Gate has not fully buckled. Imperial bastions and Forge Worlds continue their desperate resistance; as long as these strongholds endure, the Chaos advance toward Terra remains obstructed.

“Eye of Terror – The Reign of Iron” is a slipcase set that expands the narrative of recent 41st Millennium conflicts while adding new tactical options. The first book focuses on the Iron Warriors’ calculated assault on the Cadian Gate’s remnants, providing an in-depth look at the mortal and daemonic hosts commanded by Warpsmith Kravek Morn.

The second volume introduces a new ruleset that brings back the classic “Apocalypse” format to the modern era of Warhammer 40,000. This modular system allows players to execute massive battles with ease, providing a framework for epic-scale warfare.

These updated Apocalypse rules offer several methods to simplify gameplay and balance significantly larger armies. The modular nature of the system means players can add or remove specific rulesets based on their group’s preferences.

The third book contains fresh detachments for Chaos Space Marines, Adeptus Astartes, Chaos Knights, Imperial Knights, and the Adeptus Mechanicus. It features unique army options, such as Vashtorr’s twisted Daemon Engines, Freeblade mercenaries, Skitarii cohorts, and more.

Pre-orders for “Eye of Terror – The Reign of Iron” are expected to go live in the coming weeks.
