Patch Notes & Bug Fixes
Gameplay Adjustments
- Optimized meal-seeking logic so Zois now prioritize food correctly when hungry.
- Resolved a visual bug causing puddle effects to render incorrectly when switching the city aesthetic to “Run-down.”
- Fixed an unintended behavior where Zois would independently discard specific items acquired from locations like the Pocket Market.
- Corrected a malfunction involving the Dowon Sodam Restaurant when loading existing save files via the “Continue” option.
- Fixed inaccurate directional text within the City Travel guide.
- Eliminated a minor graphic glitch causing Zois to flicker while eating.
- Resolved a performance hitch that caused temporary frame drops when hovering the cursor over a moving Zoi.
- Addressed multiple anomalies tied to enabling Smart Zoi on non-English operating systems:
- Corrected misplaced architectural structures and object coordinates.
- Fixed erratic vehicle physics, such as cars clipping into terrain.
- Fixed an issue where Zois failed to auto-marry under certain conditions, even with Autonomy marriage options enabled.
- Resolved a bug where Zois with gardening traits would abruptly stop after a single harvest cycle when using the “Keep Harvesting” command.
Build Mode
- Fixed a zoning error where ground-level outdoor items were mistakenly categorized as indoor assets upon constructing an underground room larger than the footprint above.
- Resolved a clipping bug that hid ceilings when resuming a previous save and visiting select apartments in Bliss Bay.
- Fixed an issue preventing foundation-integrated swimming pools from spawning properly when deploying property presets that contained them.
UI & UX Enhancements
- Removed the persistent “F” button overlay from character portraits when Zoi Focus is deactivated.
- Note: You can still tap the F key anytime to trigger focus immediately.
- Fixed an untranslated string within the “View All Updates” status prompt.
- Prevented Wall View Mode from toggling unexpectedly when characters transition between floors while Zoi Focus is inactive.
- Corrected a typographical error on the lobby banner that mistakenly referenced August instead of the September update.
Canvas
- Fixed a layout overlap where recommendation pop-ups obscured the “Browse Canvas” button in Build Mode.
Miscellaneous Fixes
- Corrected a rendering issue that caused ocean water to appear overly dark under specific active modes.
- [ModKit] Fixed broken hyperlinks redirecting to incorrect documentation pages.

- [Mods] Fixed an error where notification pop-ups failed to trigger when unverified mods were automatically disabled following a game patch.
Important Note on Mods: To maintain optimal game stability, all installed mods will be disabled automatically upon patching. You can safely turn them back on through the menu once you load into the game.
