Your Feedback and Our Current Projects

Hello, everyone, and happy Friday!
We wrapped up yesterday’s update, and the whole team headed home early today. So I’m writing this from a very quiet office. I’ve spent the week reading your posts, and I’d like to respond to some of the most important points you raised.
I love making mods myself, so I’m delighted we could release the script mods a little ahead of schedule. You didn’t have to wait until December.
Thank you for your enthusiasm for the flight mode, the drawing mode, and the door access permissions. I had a great time building mods of my own, and I hope to show you one in a future post. We also plan to keep strengthening mod support, including Lua, MCP/AI integration, and in-game mod management. We want mods to play an even bigger role in the game. I understand your concerns about maintaining AI-assisted mods and keeping them compatible with game updates. We’re exploring ways to support mod management and compatibility while making mod creation easier for everyone.
This week, our attention turns to the game’s core features. We’ll keep refining the autonomy controls introduced in the latest update. One example is behavior that lets a Zoi set food down properly, take a seat, and eat.
On the building side, we’re improving free placement so objects can be placed beyond lot boundaries, and we’re testing lot editing. I can’t yet promise that lot rotation, lot relocation, and additional residential lots will all be finished in the development time we have left.
We know how frustrating it has been that family presets can’t be saved. Preparation for this feature is underway, but it will take time to complete. We’ll do our best to share our progress before the year ends.
We’re also discussing whether decorative buildings could be removed to leave empty lots, and we’re looking into ways to close the gaps between houses and sidewalks. These are difficult problems, but we’ll keep searching for solutions.
For CAZ, we keep hearing your requests for height sliders, appearance changes across life stages (adolescence included), and more ways to combine bangs. I’m sorry we haven’t made more progress on these yet. We’ve also noted your requests for family presets with situational outfits, strollers, and more detailed body shape sliders.
We’ll keep going through your feedback as we set priorities and decide where to focus next. It’s already getting cold in Seoul, and time really does fly. There’s so much we hope to accomplish before the year is out, and I can feel the pace picking up.
As always, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
