Unimpressed Rihanna Gives A$AP Rocky Two Seconds to Pitch His Skincare Routine
A$AP Rocky Channels His Inner Salesman in New Fenty Skin Campaign Featuring Rihanna

Who knew the secret to unparalleled skincare was a well-executed pitch? A$AP Rocky certainly thinks so, starring alongside his partner and Fenty Beauty mogul, Rihanna, in a witty new advertisement for her renowned skincare line.
The minute-long commercial, which hit Instagram on Monday (July 20), is titled “DON’T BE DUMB, USE @fentyskin.” The name is a playful nod to Rocky’s fourth studio album, Don’t Be Dumb, released earlier this year. In the clip, the rapper adopts the persona of an over-the-top, charismatic street peddler, storming into a high-end beauty salon with a suitcase’s worth of products hidden inside his coat.
“Ladies, can I have your attention?” he announces, opening his overcoat to reveal an array of premium grooming essentials. “I ain’t sellin’ no gel, I ain’t sellin’ no grease,” he declares, catching the eye of Rihanna, who watches with skeptical amusement from across the room.
Maintaining his brash persona, Rocky approaches Rihanna and asks for a brief moment to pitch his collection. Unimpressed by the sales pitch, she coolly responds, “You got two seconds.”
Sporting pink, oversized hair rollers, Rocky leans into the role, offering an enthusiastic masterclass on the necessity of daily SPF. “Don’t be dumb, you gotta use SPF,” he insists, demonstrating the product’s invisible finish. Rihanna, charmed by the presentation, tests the moisturizer and concedes, “I kinda like that.”
The duo’s chemistry is undeniable, especially when Rocky showcases a custom-designed lip balm keychain. The pitch proves successful, ending with Rihanna deciding to purchase the entire collection with a signature wink. Fans can explore the full A$AP Rocky x Fenty Skin collaboration here.
Following this viral moment, A$AP Rocky is set to take his Don’t Be Dumb tour international, with an opening show scheduled for August 25 at the ING Arena in Brussels, Belgium.
