Travis Kelce Praises Taylor Swift as ‘New Heights’ Episode Hits Major Milestone: ‘She’s Just So Magical’

Travis and Jason Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, just reached a major new milestone — and they credit Taylor Swift. Apple has named the brothers’ episode featuring Swift as one of the year’s standout podcast installments, a recognition Jason celebrated on the show’s latest installment.

On the episode released November 19, 2025, Jason reacted with disbelief when the accolade was mentioned, asking rhetorically what could possibly top that moment and insisting nothing else comes close. Travis, meanwhile, spoke about Swift with plain admiration, calling her “magical” as he marveled at the attention her cameo produced.

Swift’s August appearance on New Heights was unusually candid and lengthy for the pop superstar. During the conversation she discussed her album The Life of a Showgirl — which has spent multiple weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 — her hobby of baking sourdough, helping her father recover after surgery and the beginnings of her relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.

Reflecting on the role the podcast played in her personal life, Swift told listeners she owed a lot to New Heights, joking that the show effectively became a vehicle that helped bring her and Travis together after he used the platform, in his own words, as a sort of dating vehicle.

Fans later learned that Travis proposed the same night Swift’s appearance was recorded. The episode went on to become New Heights’ most-watched installment and set a YouTube concurrent-viewers record for the show, drawing roughly 1.3 million viewers at peak.
