Film distributor Capella Film has debuted the localized trailer for the upcoming feature The American Dream. The movie is slated to premiere in Russian theaters on April 30.
The story follows two underdogs—a retail clerk and an airport janitor—who are stuck in a rut but share a burning passion for basketball. Risking everything for a shot at a better life, the duo decides to reinvent themselves as professional sports agents.
The film stars Jean-Pascal Zadi and Raphaël Quenard and is directed and written by Anthony Marciano (Play). The production team includes Nicolas Duval-Adassovsky, renowned for his work on the global hit The Intouchables.
