Tom Hardy has resolved his differences with the producers of the series “Mobland” and is set to reprise his role in the show’s upcoming installment, according to Deadline.
Back in May, reports circulated suggesting that Hardy had been dismissed from the production due to persistent script disputes, tardiness, and friction with cast members. Insiders later refuted those claims, clarifying that the opportunity for Hardy to return for a third season remained firmly on the table.
Although Paramount+, the streaming platform behind the series, has yet to formally announce a renewal, the positive resolution makes a new season seem like an inevitability.
The series premiered in 2023, centering on the formidable Harrigan crime family and Harry Da Souza, a fixer who navigates their underworld dealings. “Mobland” also features performances by Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan, with multiple episodes directed by Guy Ritchie.
