The Sims 4 to Receive Free Content Ahead of 12th Anniversary
Studio Maxis has released a new teaser for The Sims 4, showcasing upcoming free content for players.
The developers prepared several new additions for players as the life simulation game approaches its 12th anniversary this year.
Judging by the teaser, players can expect a wide array of free content, including decor items such as furniture, clothing, hairstyles, and other character customization elements.
Based on the interface shown in the teaser, the additions will not arrive as a single large update, but will instead be divided into several mini-patches. The developers of The Sims 4 have not yet specified the release date or dates for the new content. The game was released on September 2, 2014.

Earlier this summer, the creators of The Sims 4 introduced several technical updates that improved the save system and game optimization. For example, an autosave feature is now available across all platforms, running in the background and automatically creating save points during key gameplay moments to help prevent the loss of player progress.
