“The Day of Exposure” Tops Global Box Office
Steven Spielberg’s science-fiction feature, “Disclosure Day,” dominated its opening weekend, pulling in a robust $92.9 million globally.
The film secured $44 million within the North American market, complemented by an additional $48.9 million from international territories. Produced on a budget of $115 million, the movie will not receive an official release in Russia following Universal’s withdrawal from the region.
The narrative of “Disclosure Day” centers on the arrival of extraterrestrial visitors on Earth. The ensemble cast features Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, and Colman Domingo, among others. The screenplay was penned by David Koepp, known for his work on “Jurassic Park.”
