Stranger Things stars to appear in spy series
Netflix has officially greenlit a gripping new spy series that reunites “Stranger Things” fan favorites Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour.
According to the official synopsis, Harbour is set to portray Matt Wolfe, a retired FBI agent turned private security consultant. His quiet life is abruptly upended when his daughter, Rebecca (Brown)—an active operative—vanishes during a high-stakes mission, forcing him back into the shadows of the espionage world.
The narrative centers on the strained, complex dynamic between a father and daughter caught on opposing sides of a dangerous operation. They must ultimately forge an alliance to uncover the truth behind her disappearance while contending with a global intelligence apparatus that has evolved into a far more lethal and technologically sophisticated machine.
The project is spearheaded by writer and showrunner Jack Thorne, celebrated for his work on “Skins” and the “Enola Holmes” franchise. Both Brown and Harbour are slated to serve as executive producers on the production.
