A new strategy title is in the works for players who enjoy 4X gameplay and space trading reminiscent of Elite Dangerous.
Stellar Trader is a project from ParaVerseLab that puts you on the frontier of the galaxy. At the heart of the experience are constructing orbital stations, hauling cargo, and trading between human colonies scattered at the edges of civilization.
The developers have released the first trailer for Stellar Trader, and anyone interested can already try the game on Steam. The free playtest is available until November 30.
Players will encounter a blend of strategy, exploration, and economic management — you must expand infrastructure, chart new routes, and maintain the delicate balance between profit and survival.
Stellar Trader is slated for release in 2026, and the current test will allow the team to collect feedback and polish mechanics ahead of the full launch.
