Every October, organizations and people worldwide observe Pinktober to raise awareness for breast cancer. The month uses the pink ribbon symbol to promote education, early detection, and proactive health choices through regular self-exams and professional check-ups.

Since 2019, the community has raised funds for the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer. Players support this charity by purchasing the Pink Ribbon Charity Pack add-ons for American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. One hundred percent of the income from these purchases goes directly to the charity.
