1.62 Update: DAF XG+ Emerald, Sapphire & 30 Years in Czechia Editions

We’re delighted to give you a closer look at three new editions of the DAF XG+ arriving in Euro Truck Simulator 2 with the 1.62 Update! The Emerald, Sapphire, and 30 Years in Czechia Editions each have their own character, with distinctive paintwork, exclusive exterior accessories, and purpose-built interiors.

You might like the understated elegance of deep green or the bold look of sapphire blue. You might prefer a special edition marking three decades of DAF in the Czech Republic. Whichever you choose, there’s plenty to explore. Here’s what each of these new configurations offers.

DAF XG+ 30 Years in Czechia Edition

This edition marks 30 years of DAF in the Czech Republic with a design rooted in the brand’s heritage. A classic royal orange paint job is paired with unique anniversary logos. The result is a truck that honours the milestone in style.

The exterior has several exclusive touches. These include a black air intake grille with painted trim, a matching black sunshield, and a choice between black and original roof lights. The truck also has a unique black DAF badge tied to the engine power configuration, and you can switch back to the original silver one if you prefer. A black anniversary badge below the side XG+ badge adds a final flourish.

The wheels got dedicated attention too. They have exclusive rear wheel covers and black wheel nuts with matching caps. An illuminated DAF logo completes the exterior.

Inside the cab, drivers will find an exclusive Czech 30th Anniversary interior designed specifically for the XG+ cab. The new seats have embroidered DAF 30 logos and premium upholstery. They combine black leather or high-quality Alcantara accents with detailed orange diamond-pattern stitching.

The upper bunk gets the same care. It has Alcantara upholstery with a subtle grey pattern inspired by the Czech flag. Together, these details give the interior an anniversary theme while keeping the premium feel of the DAF XG+.

DAF XG+ Emerald Edition

The Emerald Edition suits drivers who like a refined, distinctive look. It features a rich Forest Dawn green paint job, backed by exclusive exterior details and interior finishes that give the whole truck a cohesive look.

The exterior has a grille with painted trim, a coloured sunshield, and a white DAF logo. An exclusive Emerald side badge sets this edition apart from the standard DAF XG+.

The detailing continues around the cab. There’s a black door handle with a painted accent and black side window trim. The 4×2 chassis also gets a unique side skirt with matching painted details.

The interior is designed to complement the green exterior. Drivers will find dedicated floor mats and an emerald-inspired diamond pattern on the mattress and upper bunk. Specially designed curtains finish the cabin and add more character.

DAF XG+ Sapphire Edition

The Sapphire Edition completes the trio with its Sapphire Blue paint job.

It has a distinctive black DAF logo and black side window trim. The 4×2 chassis also gets a painted side skirt. These details give the truck its own identity while keeping the premium atmosphere of the DAF XG+.

Three Editions, One DAF XG+

Each of the three new editions offers something different on the road. The 30 Years in Czechia Edition celebrates an important milestone with heritage-inspired styling and anniversary details. The Emerald and Sapphire Editions focus on distinctive colours, coordinated accessories, and exclusive cabin designs.
