With the impending version 1.62 update for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, two additional rigs are receiving this comprehensive overhaul, delivering striking visual enhancements to their respective cockpits.

In the forthcoming 1.62 release, our vehicle artists and engineers have successfully extended these graphical upgrades to the interior environments of the Iveco S-Way in Euro Truck Simulator 2, alongside the All-New Volvo VNL in American Truck Simulator.

This sophisticated material framework dramatically refines ambient illumination and overall fidelity within the driver’s quarters, paying meticulous attention to how distinct surfaces interact with light sources. Consequently, the cabin atmosphere becomes remarkably lifelike, legible, and aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, tactile differences between fine leather, woven textiles, molded plastics, and polished metals are rendered strikingly distinct, maintaining their realism even under low-light conditions.
