Prime Video has unveiled the first trailer for the upcoming film Masterplan. This comedic thriller centered on a high-stakes Louvre heist is set to premiere on the streaming platform on October 16.
The plot follows Roger, a criminal mastermind who recruits two strangers—a young man and woman—to orchestrate the theft of the Mona Lisa. The twist, however, is that his recruits are actually his estranged children. As the scheme begins to unravel, the situation descends into comedic chaos, but with the plan already in motion, there is no turning back.
The cast features Oscar nominee Stanley Tucci, Simona Tabasco (The White Lotus), and Victor Belmondo, the grandson of the legendary Jean-Paul Belmondo. The film is directed by French filmmaker Thomas Vincent (The Standoff at Sparrow Creek).
