Space Marine 2 Gets Emergency Patch — Bug Allowed One-Hit Player Kills
The developers have addressed a significant balance issue.
Saber Interactive has rolled out a small update for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. Hotfix 11.1 brings a collection of fixes and balance tweaks.
For example, the heavy bolter equipped with optics now deals 13% more damage, and a previously exploitable tactic no longer works in PvP:
Fixed an issue that allowed the Assault Marine to instantly kill an enemy when using the new dash attack with any melee weapon.
The update also introduces crash fixes, corrects geometry issues on several maps, and includes improvements to localization and the user interface.
