Actress-director Eva Victor (Sorry, Baby) has joined Searchlight Pictures’ production Behemoth!. The film’s lead role will be portrayed by Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us).
David Harbour (Stranger Things) is also among the cast. Tony Gilroy (Michael Clayton, Andor) will both write and direct. The story follows a cellist; no further plot details have been released.
Victor released Sorry, Baby this summer. The dramedy earned strong critical praise and took home the screenwriting prize at the Sundance Film Festival. In Russia, the film’s distribution certificate was revoked after a week in release.
