Siren Head Creepypasta to Be Adapted into a Film Written by Zach Cregger
Warner Bros. has officially secured the rights to develop a feature film adaptation of the viral internet horror phenomenon “Siren Head.”
The screenplay will be penned by Zach Cregger, the visionary behind *Barbarian* and the upcoming *Weapons*, alongside Brian Duffield, who directed the acclaimed sci-fi horror *No One Will Save You*. Duffield is also set to helm the project as director.
Created by Canadian illustrator Trevor Henderson, Siren Head first rose to internet infamy in 2018. The creature is depicted as a towering, emaciated entity standing roughly 40 feet tall, with megaphones replacing its head. It is known for blending into dense forests and utility lines, luring unsuspecting victims by mimicking garbled radio broadcasts and human voices. The monster’s status as a horror icon was cemented through a wave of fan-made shorts and indie video games.
