Scream 7 Earns $200 Million

The global box office for the slasher sequel “Scream 7” has officially eclipsed the $200 million mark, according to industry reports.

To date, the film has amassed a total of $204 million, with $118.6 million generated from North American audiences and an additional $85.4 million from international markets. This impressive performance cements the movie as the highest-grossing entry in the storied franchise since its inception in 1996.

The narrative centers on the iconic Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) and her daughter, Tatum (Isabel May). The film was helmed by Kevin Williamson, the visionary screenwriter behind the original “Scream.” Despite its commercial success, critical reception has been largely underwhelming, with the film currently holding a 31% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
