According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, the preliminary runtime for Marvel’s upcoming blockbuster, Avengers: Doomsday, has been disclosed. Industry insiders suggest that the superhero epic will clock in at 2 hours and 45 minutes.

This duration positions the film as longer than Infinity War (2 hours and 29 minutes), though it falls slightly short of the 3-hour and 1-minute runtime of Endgame. Additionally, it has been confirmed that ticket sales for the U.S. release will commence on July 20.

Avengers: Doomsday features an expansive ensemble cast, including Robert Downey Jr. (stepping into the role of the primary antagonist), Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Pedro Pascal (Mr. Fantastic), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Patrick Stewart (Professor X), Ian McKellen (Magneto), Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova), Sebastian Stan (The Winter Soldier), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), and numerous others. The project marks the return of Anthony and Joe Russo to the director’s chair.

The international theatrical release for Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled for December 18 of this year.
