Rumor: Timothée Chalamet to Voice Lead in Next Film from Minions Creators
According to reports from Feature First, Timothée Chalamet is allegedly in talks to voice the protagonist of an upcoming feature from Illumination, the powerhouse studio behind the *Minions* and *Despicable Me* franchises.
While plot details remain under wraps, insiders characterize the project as a romantic comedy with a more sophisticated, “highbrow” tone compared to the studio’s previous outings, drawing thematic inspiration from Pixar’s *Up*.
Should the casting be confirmed, it would mark the *Dune* and *A Complete Unknown* star’s first foray into voice acting for an animated feature since his performance in *Entergalactic*.
