Recently, Battlestate Games head Nikita Buyanov announced a significant overhaul of weapon ergonomics. The studio intends to implement a more “authentic” aiming system to enhance the game’s realism.
However, a large segment of the EFT community reacted with skepticism and criticism. Prominent content creator LVNDMARK was among those who voiced their disapproval:
Some participants in the discussion even threatened to uninstall Escape from Tarkov entirely. Critics argue that Battlestate Games seems to be intentionally making the experience less “fun” in its pursuit of mechanical complexity.
