PS5 to Get Silent Hill: Townfall Before Other Consoles

Silent Hill: Townfall is scheduled to launch on September 24, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC, with potential releases on Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2 held back for at least six months.

Publisher Konami and developer Screen Burn Interactive recently showcased 19 minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming title. In the video, protagonist Simon Ordell explores the fog-covered fictional Scottish island of St. Amalia, investigating abandoned houses and confronting nightmares.

Fine print at the end of the gameplay video confirmed that the game will remain off other platforms for at least six months following its debut on PS5 and PC, establishing a half-year timed console exclusivity window for Sony.

Because the PS5 and PC versions arrive on September 24, 2026, ports for Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2 cannot release before late March 2027. Konami has not officially announced versions for other consoles.
