Nintendo to Raise Switch 2 Repair Prices
Nintendo will raise prices for out-of-warranty repairs of the Switch and Switch 2 in Japan starting November 16, citing higher component costs.
The cost of replacing the motherboard in the new console will rise from about $170 to more than $230. The increase applies to both the original Switch and its successor.
The listed amounts are only a preliminary estimate. If replacing a part does not fix the fault, the repair cost will go up. Repairs can be especially expensive after a drop, liquid damage, or a failed attempt to disassemble the console at home.

For now, the new prices have been announced only for Japan. Nintendo has not said whether the increases will affect service centers in Europe and the US.
