Apple TV+ has officially pulled the plug on “Palm Royale,” according to industry reports.

The series made its debut in 2024, transporting audiences back to the late 1960s. The plot followed Maxine Dellacorte (portrayed by Kristen Wiig), an ambitious outsider who stops at nothing to break into the exclusive high-society circles of Palm Beach, Florida.

The show boasted a star-studded ensemble, including Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin, and the legendary Carol Burnett. Created by Abe Sylvia (known for “Dead to Me”), “Palm Royale” garnered 11 Emmy nominations and took home one trophy. Despite its accolades, the series leaves behind a mixed critical legacy, maintaining a 60% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes over its two-season run.
