Owlcat Games Releases New Teasers for Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy

The world of the cRPG Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy will be very diverse.

Developer Owlcat Games continues to gradually introduce players to the world of its new cRPG, Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy. The developers recently released a couple of new teasers.

The first teaser presents a grim location featuring cages:

Cut off from the world and consigned to oblivion, the souls of prisoners rot in rusty cages. The wind groans through the bars, carrying an echo of fear, and the air here is saturated with despair and hopelessness.

The second teaser is concept art for Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy:

In this concept art, we see the wreckage of a voidship being consumed by dangerous flora. Full of bright colors, this landscape nevertheless inspires a sense of unease.

The developers of Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy have not yet revealed under what circumstances the main protagonist—an Inquisition acolyte—along with their companions will be able to visit these locations. According to the story, the acolyte must conduct investigations and uncover “grand conspiracies.”
