Deadline has unveiled the latest additions to the ensemble cast for the upcoming expansion of the “Ocean’s Eleven” franchise.
Joining the as-yet-untitled prequel are Vicky Krieps (“Phantom Thread”), George MacKay (“1917”), Omar Sy (“The Intouchables”), and Lauren Ridloff (“The Walking Dead”). The project will be helmed by Bradley Cooper, who is set to direct, write, and star in the feature.
The film will also star Margot Robbie, Wagner Moura, Monica Barbaro, and Josh Gad. Set in the 1960s, the narrative will center on the parents of Danny Ocean—originally portrayed by George Clooney—as they orchestrate a high-stakes heist in Monaco.
Produced by Warner Bros., the film is currently slated for a theatrical release on June 25, 2027.
