Amazon MGM has unveiled the second trailer for its upcoming action-comedy, Three Bags Full: A Sheep Detective Movie. Starring Hugh Jackman, the film is set to hit international theaters on May 8.
The production is based on Leonie Swann’s acclaimed 2005 bestseller, Three Bags Full. The story follows George Hardy (Jackman), an Irish shepherd from the village of Glennkill, who perishes under suspicious circumstances. Determined to find justice for their master, his flock of sheep decides to crack the case themselves.
The star-studded ensemble includes Emma Thompson, Bryan Cranston, Nicholas Galitzine, Patrick Stewart, and Bella Ramsey. Directing the project is Kyle Balda (Minions), with a screenplay penned by The Last of Us creator Craig Mazin.
