New Tides of Annihilation trailer showcases graphics and path tracing
Developed by the Chinese studio Eclipse Glow Games, this action-fantasy title draws profound inspiration from Arthurian legend. Set within the ruins of a post-apocalyptic London, the project aims to set a new standard for visual fidelity.
NVIDIA recently showcased the game’s capabilities with path tracing enabled. Although the title is slated for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, those versions will likely lack full-scale ray tracing; nevertheless, the developers promise a top-tier graphical experience across all platforms.
A core pillar of the gameplay experience involves monumental confrontations with colossal bosses. By defeating these formidable enemies, players can absorb their unique combat abilities, gaining the strength necessary to overcome even more powerful adversaries.
A specific release date has not yet been confirmed by the studio.
