Netflix Sets Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 3 for 2027 Release and Reveals Fire Lord Ozai
The third season will be the final one for the series.
Netflix has released the first image from the third and final season of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The picture features Fire Lord Ozai, played by Daniel Dae Kim. The new episodes will release in 2027, though the streaming service has not yet announced an exact date.

In the final season, Aang and his friends will travel deep into the Fire Nation. The heroes must stop Ozai before the arrival of Sozin’s Comet, which significantly boosts the abilities of firebenders.
Jon Jon Briones has joined the cast as Piandao, Tantoo Cardinal as Hama, Terry Chen as Jeong Jeong, and Lily Gao as Ursa. Dichen Lachman will play the previous Avatar, Yangchen.
