Most Profitable Gacha Games of February 2026 Revealed: Genshin Impact Revenue Drops, but Prevents Wuthering Waves from Topping the Chart

The fierce rivalry among top-tier gacha titles shows no signs of cooling off. In the latest financial reports, Wuthering Waves has surged forward, nearly closing the revenue gap with Genshin Impact.

Gacha enthusiasts continue to monitor the commercial performance of the genre’s leading titles with keen interest. Newly released data for February 2026 highlights several significant shifts in the market hierarchy.

Three major titles from miHoYo (HoYoverse) are featured in the current rankings. While Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) saw a downward trend in earnings, Honkai: Star Rail experienced a massive surge, with its revenue multiplying significantly compared to previous figures.

  • Genshin Impact — 1st place; $54.3 million (down from $66.04M in January)
  • Honkai: Star Rail — 9th place; $21.15 million (up from $8.04M in January)
  • Zenless Zone Zero — 15th place; $13.18 million (down from $23.25M in January)

Wuthering Waves secured a strong second place with $46 million in revenue, while the Chinese version of Naruto Mobile rounded out the top three, pulling in $38.5 million.

As is standard for these rankings, the data reflects earnings exclusively from mobile platforms. Revenue from PC clients—where many of these games, including miHoYo’s projects, have a massive footprint—is not included. Additionally, because the Google Play Store is unavailable in China, Android revenue estimates for the region are calculated using a specific multiplier based on local iOS performance.
