Mitski to Compose Music for Broadway Adaptation of ‘The Queen’s Gambit’

Mitski is headed to Broadway. According to Deadline, the Oscar-chosen singer/songwriter is affixed to compose the songs and verses for a phase music adjustment of The Queen’s Gambit, the 2020 hit Netflix collection starring Anya Taylor-Joy as imaginary 1960s chess natural born player Beth Harmon.
