Minecraft + Dark Souls: Dark Craft Announced — Open-World Co-op MMORPG
Concepts inspired by Dark Souls have been combined with an MMORPG format.
Take Top Entertainment has introduced Dark Craft. The studio presents a new take on the ‘Souls-like’ style of games.
The project is billed as “the first Souls-like MMORPG” — Dark Craft will support solo play as well as cooperative sessions with friends.
The events of Dark Craft take place in a grim dark-fantasy world, where an expansive open environment and Souls-style combat make every encounter a true test.
The game will also feature game masters — members of the team who can directly shape the experience:
They can manipulate enemies and stage surprise ambushes, appear as world bosses, hand out exclusive quests, or trigger one-off events that never repeat. This helps cultivate the impression of a genuinely living world, where every adventure feels unpredictable and singular.
A release date for Dark Craft has not yet been revealed; the game’s Steam page is available via the following link: Steam.
