Microsoft’s Surprise Gift: Space Strategy Added to Game Pass
Microsoft has unexpectedly broadened its November Xbox Game Pass lineup by adding Stellaris: Console Edition — a title that did not appear on the official release list.
Paradox Development Studio’s Stellaris: Console Edition was absent from the previously published roster of November releases, so its arrival came as a surprise even to long-time Game Pass subscribers. Based on player responses, Microsoft has essentially gifted the community one of the most acclaimed space strategy games of recent years.
Stellaris: Console Edition adapts the classic 4X PC formula for consoles. Players can build interstellar empires, discover new worlds, and make choices that determine the destiny of the entire galaxy.
