Margaret Qualley Officially Files for Divorce

Actress Margaret Qualley, known for The Substance and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and musician Jack Antonoff have filed for divorce after three years of marriage. Their joint petition was submitted to the Kings County court in Brooklyn on October 30. The divorce is proceeding by mutual agreement.

News of the couple’s separation emerged in July 2026. Qualley and Antonoff began dating in 2021 and married in New Jersey in August 2023. A source close to the former couple told People that the decision was mutual and that, despite the end of their romantic relationship, they remain fond of one another and hope to stay friends.

After news of the split broke, a representative for Qualley dismissed rumors of infidelity and trust issues, emphasizing that the relationship ended without betrayal and with mutual respect. Antonoff recently said he continues to perform Bleachers songs inspired by his relationship with Qualley because he does not want to rewrite his own past.
