Madonna and Charli xcx Reunite at Saint Laurent Paris Show

Pop royalty converged in Paris this past Tuesday (June 23) as Madonna and Charli xcx were spotted sharing a front-row moment at the Saint Laurent spring/summer 2027 menswear showcase.
Social media captured the duo engaged in conversation, joined by fellow attendees including actor Connor Storrie and actress Debi Mazar. The atmosphere appeared entirely amicable, with the two artists seen posing for cameras and catching up before the runway show commenced.
Both icons embraced a coordinated aesthetic, opting for intricate lace dresses—Madonna in a deep, moody hue and Charli in a slightly lighter shade. The “Queen of Pop,” who is gearing up for the July 3 release of her highly anticipated project Confessions II, accessorized with striking pink heels, while Charli opted for sophisticated mahogany stilettos.
The Paris outing effectively puts to rest recent speculation regarding a potential feud. Tensions were rumored to be high back in May after Charli declared “the dance floor is dead” on her single “Rock Music,” a sentiment Madonna seemingly countered with a cryptic Instagram post suggesting that perhaps those feeling that way were simply “playing the wrong music.”
Despite the digital gossip, Charli has long been a vocal admirer of the legend. Reflecting on her influences while promoting The Moment earlier this year, she cited Madonna’s iconic 1991 documentary Truth or Dare as a major inspiration, noting, “I love Truth or Dare… she’s just the one.”
Beyond the fashion circuit, Charli xcx is preparing for the launch of her upcoming album, Music, Fashion, Film, scheduled for July 24. In a candid interview with Rolling Stone published on June 18, the singer opened up about her current mental health challenges. “I’ve been in the worst place mentally that I’ve been in my life,” she admitted, explaining that she has significantly reduced her social media presence to protect her well-being.
