Konami showcased new gameplay and revealed story details for Silent Hill: Townfall, which launches on September 24, 2026, for PC and PS5.

The Press Play presentation opened with a developer diary dedicated to the new standalone installment in the series. Other platforms will receive the game at a later date.

Protagonist Simon Ordell returns to the Scottish town of St. Agatha to “take care of some business” from his past. Analog technology plays an important role in the game, as the hero carries a portable CRT television that displays disturbing imagery.

The footage also featured terrifying creatures capable of pursuing Simon. The cast includes Emmy Award winner Terry O’Quinn, as well as Kesia Burrows and Jovan Adepo, who plays Simon. Producer Motoi Okamoto confirmed that Townfall will tell a completely standalone story within the franchise’s overall timeline.

Konami also revealed the roguelike card game Project Zircon and the social game creation platform Wai Wai World Craft.
