Justin Bieber recently surprised a TikTok creator by stopping to help after the creator’s car broke down — a small, unplanned moment that quickly went viral.
The clip, posted by the user Buku Music, shows the creator stranded at the side of the road when another car pulls up. Still recording, the creator asks the passenger, “Are you Justin Bieber?”
Moments later, Bieber appears, embraces the creator and asks, “What happened?” before checking on the situation and offering support.
The creator, laughing but shaken, admitted he’d been having a rough time. According to his follow-up, Bieber led him in a brief prayer that helped calm him down — an act viewers found especially touching.
“I might be tripping, but I think that Justin Bieber just stopped to help me,” the creator says in the original clip.
Reaction in the comments was full of amazement and gratitude: some fans credited the encounter to divine timing, while others playfully compared Bieber to a fairy godparent.
Billboard has reached out to Bieber’s representatives seeking comment.
This gesture aligns with the family values Bieber recently highlighted on Instagram. In September he shared a framed “Bieber Family” list displayed in his home — a set of household principles he says he and his family follow. One of those principles emphasizes generosity and the importance of giving time, money and respect to people they meet.
Offstage, Bieber has been preparing for his headlining performance at Coachella 2026. Sources and his own livestreams indicate he’s been rehearsing intensively with his band and creative team in a warehouse setting, sharing long sessions on Twitch as they refine the show.
Artistically, Bieber also enjoyed strong recognition this awards season. His album Swag received nominations for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album in early November, while the single “Daisies” is nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance and “Yukon” is contending for Best R&B Performance.
