Jane Foster, Venom, and Jubilee Join Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls as Year 1 DLC

Following the initial announcement that Phoenix Cyclops would headline the post-launch roadmap for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, developers have pulled back the curtain on the next wave of combatants. Over the upcoming year, the character roster will expand to include Jane Foster’s Thor, the lethal protector Venom, and the energetic mutant Jubilee, with Jane Foster slated to make her debut this winter. Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls continues to embrace a refreshing roster philosophy by frequently favoring unexpected legacy mantles over traditional choices. Much like substituting T’Challa with Shuri for Black Panther or Johnny Blaze with Robbie Reyes for Ghost Rider, the team has chosen Jane Foster instead of the classic Thor Odinson. While the initial preview lacks direct in-game footage, a comprehensive character breakdown is expected ahead of her release. Jane Foster is scheduled to enter the arena in early 2027.

Furthermore, the showcase provided a glimpse into the remaining Year 1 combatants through striking promotional artwork rendered in acclaimed comic artist Peach Momoko’s signature watercolor aesthetic. Venom is set to pounce next spring alongside a brand-new stage set on Klyntar, the symbiotic homeworld, while Jubilee brings her signature fireworks to the roster next summer.
