We now know when every episode of Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 3 will air. Disney revealed the release schedule for the third season of the Rick Riordan adaptation at New York Comic Con, and the rollout includes a major format change.

Disney announced during the panel that the series will shift from weekly episode releases to a two-episode-per-week model. Because the season consists of eight episodes, viewers can watch the entire run in one month. Previous seasons followed a traditional weekly release schedule after a two-episode premiere. Disney also released the title for each episode.

Here is the full Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 3 release schedule:

Nov. 20

  • Episode 1 — “My Rescue Operation Goes Very Wrong”
  • Episode 2 — “An Old Dead Friend Comes to Visit”

Nov. 27

  • Episode 3 — “I Learn How to Grow Zombies”
  • Episode 4 — “We Visit the Junkyard of the Gods”

Dec. 4

  • Episode 5 — “I Have a Dam Problem”
  • Episode 6 — “I Wrestle Santa’s Evil Twin”

Dec. 11

  • Episode 7 — “I Put on A Few Million Extra Pounds”
  • Episode 8 — “The Gods Vote How to Kill Us”

Season 3 adapts The Titan’s Curse, which marks a turning point for the franchise. The story follows Percy (Walker Scobell) as he searches for the missing goddess Athena (Dafne Keen) and his friend Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries) while navigating a conflict between the gods and the titans. The upcoming season also introduces characters like Rachel Elizabeth Dare and Nico di Angelo (Levi Chrisopulos).

Percy Jackson is a hit on Netflix ahead of season 3

To build interest before season 3 premieres on Nov. 20, Disney brought the first two seasons of the show to Netflix under a temporary three-month deal. The series quickly climbed the charts after arriving on the streaming platform. Percy Jackson and the Olympians ranks as the fifth most popular TV show on Netflix, according to FlixPatrol.

Despite audience interest, Disney did not announce a renewal at New York Comic Con. That omission has left some fans worried that the live-action adaptation may not complete the five-book series. Disney renewed Percy Jackson for a third season in March 2025 ahead of the season 2 premiere in December. The revised release schedule has also fueled concerns about Disney’s commitment to the franchise, even though the company has greenlit an adaptation of Riordan’s Kane Chronicles.
