Jack Black partnered with his long time bandmate Kyle Gass to tape a cover of Britney Spears’ 1998 outbreak hit, “…Baby One More Time,” and the celebrity exposed he’s a follower of the pop princess at the best for Kung Fu Panda 4 on Sunday (March 3).
“Britney, if you’re watching, I love you. I love the song,” Black informed Entertainment Tonight. Of the cover itself, he included, “We’re very proud of it, [and] I hope you like it, too.”
Black additionally was delighted at the idea of teaming up with Spears. “I’m here! I’m ready when you are. I’m waiting by the phone,” he claimed. “I got kicks! I don’t quite have Britney kicks, but you know, I got some moves.”

A team-up with the “Piece of Me” super star is not likely, as Spears required to Instagram back in January to close down reports that she’s servicing a cd. “Just so we’re clear most of the news is trash,” she created in her message. “They keep saying I’m turning to random people to do a new album … I will never return to the music industry !!!”
The message appeared to be in reaction Page Six and US Sun record that the vocalist is collaborating with Charli XCX and Julia Michaels to co-write a long-awaited 10th workshop cd. The vocalist’s last cd was 2016’s Glory, though additionally partnered with Elton John for 2021’s “Hold Me Closer.”
