Intersections in Iowa are diverse and sometimes quite distinctive! A notable example is the striking entrance into Iowa and Council Bluffs, known as Paley’s Odyssey. This landmark features four separate sculptures, soaring up to 61 feet high, constructed from bronze, Cor-Ten steel, and stainless steel. It’s a sight no driver should miss.

You’ll find numerous job contracts available for delivering crucial equipment and materials. Bridges in Iowa are more than just utilitarian structures—they’re icons! Residents of Iowa might be familiar with the prominent blue Mormon Bridge, which spans the Missouri River. Additionally, the Arsenal Bridge is noteworthy—a double-deck bridge that uniquely supports two railroad lines on the top and vehicular/pedestrian traffic below. It crosses one of the country’s largest rivers, the Mississippi!
