While our most recent minor update was designed to salvage corrupted save files, it unfortunately introduced performance instability that resulted in crashes for some players. We truly appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve these secondary issues.
A new hotfix is currently deploying across all platforms. This update directly addresses those performance regressions, along with several other crashes and progression blockers that were still hindering the experience.
Key Improvements & Fixes
- Save Loading: Resolved an issue where framerates would plummet and eventually cause a crash when loading into a savegame.
- General Stability: Implemented fixes for multiple identified crash scenarios to improve overall reliability.
- Xbox Interface: Fixed a display bug on Xbox consoles where inventory and trade window tooltips were failing to appear correctly.
- Mac Honour Mode: Rectified a progression blocker on macOS that prevented players from moving beyond Character Creation after viewing an introductory cinematic in Honour Mode.
