inZOI v0.7.0 property sizes: what changed in Canvas

inZOI version 0.7.0 standardised several property dimensions so buildings can be reused more reliably on lots of the same size. KRAFTON previewed the real-estate changes before the March 26, 2026 update, pairing clearer size and orientation information with a new Property Size filter in Canvas.

Why lot dimensions were standardised

Canvas makes it possible to share and place building presets, but near-matching lot dimensions could prevent a design from fitting cleanly elsewhere. Version 0.7.0 moved selected properties onto common size increments, displayed the dimensions more clearly and added filtering so creators could find compatible lots before placing a preset.

Properties that became smaller

Dowon’s Junghwa Parkville changed from 25.5 by 20 metres to 25 by 20. Bliss Bay’s 203 Somerset Place changed from 30 by 26 to 30 by 25. Existing buildings were not simply discarded: the developers advised saving them as presets, and the update automatically preserved property presets for reuse.

One Bliss Bay lot became larger

8 Beachfront Drive expanded from 22.5 by 15 metres to 25 by 20. Because the orientation and usable footprint changed, an existing preset could require rotation or repositioning after the update. The larger standard size also made the property compatible with a broader group of Canvas creations.

Recovering an incompatible building

If a saved structure no longer aligned with its property after the patch, the official guidance was to enter Build Mode and reapply the automatically saved preset. Creators could then adjust its placement and save a revised version. The Property Size filter reduced trial and error when downloading or moving designs between locations.

Current-version context

These details describe v0.7.0, not the latest inZOI build. Later patches may have changed properties, presets or Canvas tools again. The KRAFTON notice and official update notes should therefore be used together when troubleshooting an old save.
