Insider Claims Resident Evil Code Veronica Will Get Separate Ways-Style DLC
This original DLC is reportedly expected to be relatively short.
It is already known that Capcom is developing an expansion for Resident Evil Requiem, but earlier remakes did not receive original DLC (while Separate Ways for RE4 is available for the original game). That trend might change with the upcoming Resident Evil Veronica remake.
The game supposedly could receive original DLC, according to insider Dusk Golem. When a player asked him whether other DLCs are planned for Resident Evil Requiem besides the one already announced, the insider replied:
I have only heard about one story DLC for Resident Evil Requiem and one story DLC for Resident Evil Veronica.

According to Dusk Golem, the estimated runtime for the rumored Resident Evil Veronica remake expansion could last several hours, much like Separate Ways (for RE4) and Shadow of Rose (RE Village). No story details are available yet. Even though this insider turned out to be correct about RE Requiem, such claims should still be treated with a degree of skepticism.
You can add Resident Evil Veronica to your Steam wishlist via this link. The developers have not yet specified an exact release date for the project, but its release window is already set for 2027.
