The game uses AI technology to facilitate interaction with the character.

The demo for Teach My Little Sister How To Drive recently went viral on Steam. As the title suggests, the creators invite players to teach their younger sister how to drive a car.

The project is billed as a chaotic simulator where players can talk freely with the character. “Trapped in the passenger seat, you can do only one thing—use your voice to tell your sister how to drive correctly.”

The developers use AI technology to bring their idea to life. Players noticed the project, and the demo surged in popularity, which created certain difficulties.

The developers shared that the number of players trying the demo grew more than 20 times over the past month. They are currently spending more than $1,000 a day on its AI services:

When releasing the paid version, we plan to factor anticipated AI costs into the price of the game. After purchase, players will not be billed separately for individual AI token usage. It is not that any single player is particularly expensive. Overall expenses grew due to a large number of people playing simultaneously. To keep supporting the demo, we also took out a bank loan.

The creators of Teach My Little Sister How To Drive still plan to keep providing the demo. However, the team consists of only four people, and this financial burden could force the developers to shut down access to the game demo before its full release.

You can add Teach My Little Sister How To Drive to your Steam wishlist via the following link. The release is scheduled for January 2027.
