HBO Max to release a film about the making of “Euphoria”
HBO Max has officially announced the upcoming release of a special documentary titled Euphoria: A Look Back. This insightful feature, which delves into the production of the hit series starring Zendaya, is set to premiere online on July 24.
The documentary will feature appearances by key cast members, including Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney, alongside series creator Sam Levinson. The team will offer a behind-the-scenes look and reflect on the journey of producing the show’s three seasons, which have left an indelible mark on contemporary pop culture.
Inspired by the Israeli series of the same name, Euphoria chronicles the turbulent lives of teenagers navigating maturity in California. The first season premiered in 2019, followed by the second in 2022, and the third season, released in the spring of 2026, served as the show’s grand finale.
